Free Workout Plans

These free workout plans are the same exercises that I have used to lose over 30 pounds and put on at least 10 pounds of muscle. These are the workouts that helped get me in good enough shape to backpack over 45 miles a few months ago through the Smokey Mountains while carrying between 50 & 65 pounds on my back. In other words...They Work!
 
The most important thing to remember is if you can't stick to an exercise plan then you will never achieve your goals.  There are lots of ways to exercise so look around the site till you find something that will work for you.  Make a Goal,  Make a Plan,  Stick To It - No Matter What Happens

Remember when performing ANY exercise plan that you should always listen to your body. If you feel light headed or dizzy you should stop exercising immediately.
