Stress Symptoms
Stress
symptoms affect us in 2 main areas, Body and Behavior. There are many specific symptoms of stress
and at one time or another we are probably going to experience more than a few
of them but I think the important thing to remember is…We all have stress, it’s
everywhere but we can’t wait until we are too stressed out to function before
we do something about it.

WARNING: Even trained professionals sometimes have
trouble telling the difference between stress and other more serious
problems. Symptoms
like chest pain, especially during exercise or if it is accompanied by
shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, nausea or pain shooting into your
shoulder and arm may be signs of a heart attack or other serious problems. If you are experiencing symptoms like these
you should consider getting emergency help immediately. I am in no way a medical professional so please see a doctor if you are having any of these symptoms.

So the real question
is…. Where Does Your Stress Come From?
It might be a job, or a relationship, maybe you have an illness in the
family or you’re going through some kind of change. The point is we all have stress but how do
you cope. 3 things, Meditation, Take some time regularly to do something you love to do, something that is not associated with your job, something relaxing that takes your mind off of other things in your life. And of course one of the my favorite activities, regular walking and exercise. Try yoga or there is nothing like a plyometric workout to wear you out so much that nothing else matters, for a little while at least.
I found a website for
you with some really great information on coping with stress check it out. And as always Contact Me if you have any questions and I'll see what I can do for you.
