Why Do YOU Want To Get In Shape!

 

My reasons were simple...


1) I was reaching 40 and almost 50 pounds overweight. If I didn't do something now I might not ever do it.

2) I recently took up hiking and had already made plans to go on a week long hike to the Smokey Mountains in TN.

I don't know if you have been hiking but hauling 50-60 pounds around on your back for a week straight is a difficult task no matter what kind of shape you are in.
