experiences but at this point in my life I don’t have the Time

the Money to go to a gym. Besides, gyms only work if

with it and if I have learned one thing over the years it is... for

different reasons, I have never consistently kept going to a gym.

Why Do YOU Want To Get In Shape!
My reasons were simple...
1) I was reaching 40 and
almost 50 pounds overweight. If I didn't do something now I
might
not ever do it.
2) I recently took up hiking and had already
made plans to go on a week long hike to the Smokey Mountains
in TN.
I don't know if you have been hiking but hauling 50-60 pounds
around on your back for a week straight is a difficult task no matter
what kind of shape you are in. To the right is a pic of me in the
Smokey's this fall. I know, I know.... Nice Outfit! Six days without a
shower will do it to even the best of us. The important things to
remember are make a goal, push yourself, go out on a limb and try
something new and finally
No Matter What...NEVER GIVE UP!
