Ab Workouts

Lets face it ab workouts are one of the most boring parts of most workout routines. Unfortunately not having a flat stomach is also one of the biggest complaints we have about our bodies. I guess this is one of those times where we really do just have to suck it up and do it anyway.
 

I personally prefer to do total core workouts that work all 3 muscle groups at once. I find them less time consuming and way less monotonous then hitting them individually. I hate to tell you but just doing Cardio Exercises or ab exercises alone are not going to get you the 6 pack abs that a lot of people want. You have to build the muscles AND remove the fat around them.
